I have always been fascinated by quantum physics and the universe in general. I love watching those NOVA or Discovery Channel specials where they describe galaxies, black holes, solar systems, and the other crazy things that make up our existence. This series of paintings seeks to capture the awe that I feel whenever viewing photos or just dreaming of the worlds and space far away from our own. Even moreso than my other paintings, these are meant to be viewed up close--and perhaps even touched--to see the different textures and details.
